Telekom introduces the Dataset for Equality

Image-generating AIs have a serious gender bias when it comes to portraying tech industry jobs. This erases the contributions of the women in tech who already make up 26% of the industry workforce. Now Telekom invites them to be part of the change, launching the Dataset for Equality campaign: an effort to collect real professional data from the real women in tech positions, and create a training dataset for AIs to be trained with.
